A Faith-based Journey to Excellence
The Center’s premier program, Journey to Excellence, is a synthesis of wisdom from 150 prominent sources over three millennia. It represents Robert Spitzer’s research and insights from psychology, theology, philosophy, history, and management science – from Aristotle to Covey.
The faith-based version of Journey to Excellence not only connects the dots between personal, ethical and organizational excellence, but helps participants achieve a higher degree of personal and spiritual fulfillment.
It includes theological and biblical references and brings the notion of faith into the forefront of discussion.
Journey to Excellence is a package complete with 16 DVD units (milestones) featuring the best of Fr. Robert Spitzer. Delivery can take place in bite-sized one hour chunks all the way up to three full days of interactive learning with dialogue, exercises, and practical application enhanced by customized user manuals. Participants reinforce their first insights with 16 additional audio CD lessons and a buddy system. Growth is measured by highly reliable pre and post measurements for both individuals and organizations.
The faith-based version of Journey to Excellence has been given to hundreds of individuals in church, diocesan, educational, health care and ministry contexts resulting in:
