Jim M. Berlucchi, M.T.S., Founder of C Results and Executive Director of The Spitzer Center for Ethical Leadership is a leadership and organizational development professional with more than 30 years experience in building organizations and working with leaders from various sectors from CEOs to coaches to university presidents.
Mr. Berlucchi has worked closely with Robert Spitzer and has personally facilitated the ethics and leadership principles of the Spitzer Center for a variety of organizations and leadership teams across the U.S.
Prior to founding C Results, Mr. Berlucchi served as the Executive Director of Legatus, an international association of Catholic CEOs. In that capacity he directed a six-fold growth of membership to 1,450 executives in 30 chapters, with a corresponding expansion of member services, conferences, publications, and educational resources.
An author, publisher, emcee and speaker, he has hosted a national television series, founded a faith-based educational organization, launched a public relations campaign with major league baseball players, directed a performing arts company, and administered a program of individualized instruction at a graduate school of dentistry.
