Jim M. Berlucchi, M.T.S., Founder of C Results and Executive Director of The Spitzer Center for Ethical Leadership is a leadership and organizational development professional with more than 30 years experience in building organizations and working with leaders from various sectors – from CEOs to coaches to university presidents.
Mr. Berlucchi has worked closely with Robert Spitzer and has personally facilitated the ethics and leadership principles of the Spitzer Center for a variety of organizations and leadership teams across the U.S.
Prior to founding C Results, Mr. Berlucchi served as the Executive Director of Legatus, an international association of Catholic CEOs. In that capacity he directed a six-fold growth of membership to 1,450 executives in 30 chapters, with a corresponding expansion of member services, conferences, publications, and educational resources.
An author, publisher, emcee and speaker, he has hosted a national television series, founded a faith-based educational organization, launched a public relations campaign with major league baseball players, directed a performing arts company, and administered a program of individualized instruction at a graduate school of dentistry.
