Our Services

Principles and purpose are at the heart of the Spitzer Center for Ethical Leadership, whose mission is to inspire ethical leadership by teaching principles of Higher Purpose.

Derived from the groundbreaking work of Robert Spitzer, S.J., Ph.D., the Center offers seminars, workshops, assessments, and learning materials for a wide range of organizations – whether for-profit or non-profit, secular or faith-based.

Based on the book with the same title, the Spirit of Leadership series is the Center’s core program – five modules on optimizing purpose, leadership, character, ethics, and trust.

Spirit of Leadership Series
The Spirit of Leadership Series is a five module educational series for leaders and employees who want to optimize their character, relationships, and performance.

The principles articulated in “The Spirit of Leadership” are both timely and timeless, going to the heart and spirit of leadership and organizational ethos – exploring the intangible and critical motivations for change and the common good. It provides recommendations and means for deeper self-examination as well as practical steps for fostering team spirit around high common cause.

The program features lively presentation, along with media pieces, group discussion, personal exercises, self assessment profiles, and personal application materials.

The series is typically given in five two hour sessions spread over 5 months for groups of about 20 leaders from one or a few organizations.

The topics addressed in the five modules are also sometimes presented as single presentations per the request of respective organizations.
